How do I delete my account?
Send an email to the address above with the subject "Account Deletion" and I'll remove all your data within 30 days.
How do streaks work?
Complete your daily task each day to keep your streak going. You get one grace day per goal — miss one day and your streak survives. Miss two and it resets.
Can I change my reminder time?
Yes — on the main dashboard, scroll down to the reminder settings card to toggle notifications and set your preferred time.
What is "Ramp it up"?
After completing a goal, you can start a harder version of the same goal. The AI generates progressively more challenging daily tasks based on what you already accomplished.
